ARO Landscaping was built on the foundation of a family landscaping company that served the Brookville community and surrounding areas for over 40 years. We carry on the legacy of high quality service and excellent customer care while embracing a new age of care and installation techniques and an ever-expanding portfolio of offerings.

While we are passionate about providing excellent landscape and hardscape services, our heartbeat is seeing families, neighbors, and communities connect and relate to each other in deeper, more meaningful ways.
We desire to fight against a culture that is increasingly moving towards isolation and burnout by creating spaces that inspire making memories, conversations, reflection, and relaxation.
We aim to ease stress and promote rest by crafting and maintaining outdoor living spaces where you can step out of the hurry of the world and into a slower pace, a beautiful aesthetic, and a welcoming environment to look someone in the eye and have a meaningful conversation.
Aaron Osswald
CEO, Chief Everything Officer & Founder

Aaron is the mastermind and engine behind all you see here at ARO. He began in the industry at the age of 11 helping in the family business. He quickly came to love the work and set out to learn all he could. He dove head first into learning new techniques and expanded the services offered. When it was time for his predecessor to retire, he and his wife built upon the legacy of excellence and care, and pushed it into a new era of excellence, fitting of a new name. ARO Landscaping became official in 2017 and Aaron has continued to raise the standard on technique and quality.

Aaron is passionate about people. He is an excellent conversationalist and his skill is only matched by his genuine care for the person he is talking to. He is energized by building relationships and helping people build upon their skills to gain confidence in themselves. Aaron's heart is to see people thrive in community. From the way he invests in each of his crew to the way he cares for his clients, his hand is in every aspect of our service, and you will feel the atmosphere of ARO is different as a direct result of his leadership.

Jacob Early
VP of Operations

Jacob joined the crew in 2020 and has risen through the ranks to be a crew leader and VP of Operations. He excels in onsite logistics and has the exceptional eye for quality required of all ARO leaders.
Caleb Wilder
Crew Member
Caleb joined ARO in 2024 and has proven to be a quick learner with an incredible attitude. He has an excellent work ethic and has been a welcome addition to the crew.
Aaron Osswald
CEO & Founder
Aaron leads the ARO family with grace and excellence. His focus is on the best quality services, but his passion is rooted in seeing people learn who they are and grow into the best version they can.
Seth Wright
Director of Culture & Development
Seth started in 2019 and has grown into the new role of Director of Culture & Development where he is overseeing ARO's investment in crew members and company culture. He is passionate about seeing people grow and thrive in their gifts.
Isaiah Early
Seasonal Crew Leader
Isaiah started in 2021 working summers and grew his way through the ranks to crew leader. He does an excellent job running ARO's maintenance crews and completes jobs to ARO's highest standards.
Rachel Osswald
CCOO - Chief Creative & Operating Officer
Aaron and Rachel married in 2015 and she helped build ARO in 2017 as their new adventure. You won't often see her with a spade in hand, but she is in charge of all behind the scenes from marketing to finances.
Levi Miller
Crew Member
Levi has been working summers at ARO since 2022. After graduating in 2024, he has joined the crew full time. Levi is a great team player and is quickly growing his skills in complex plant care and hardscape techniques.
Brooke Denlinger
Seasonal Crew Member
Brooke has been working summers at ARO since 2022. She is an excellent addition to the crew and sees all projects through to the end with a great attitude and persistence.
Rudy
CCR - Chief of Community Relations
Rudy was born the same winter as ARO. He is the official greeter of crews and everyone's favorite crew member. Rudy keeps morale high and makes all feel welcome and loved.
