Position duties:

• Lead crews in execution of jobs

• Read drawings/plans, set up and lay out designs

• Keep team motivated and productive, manage efficiency

• Responsible for equipment, purchase/pickup/use of materials

• Regular reports to manager/owners

• Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 1-3 yrs. experience as a crew leader

• Experience with plant/hardscape installation etc.

• Experience with all types of related machines and grading

• Ability to work with others and run a crew efficiently (on time and budget)

• Honest, hardworking, self-motivated individual

• Must have valid driver’s license / clean driving record
