THE PROCESS

Until you've had a chance to get to know us, we'd like to share a little bit about our process. We value communication above all else as we take the time to get to know you, what's important to you, and how we can come alongside you to elevate your green space into a place that inspires rest and connection.

Get To Know Each Other & Create A Game Plan

>We will start by scheduling a time for you and one of our technicians to meet with you at your property. This will be our opportunity to walk around the area you are interested in receiving attention. We will discuss your ideas and offer our expertise to get a plan to bring your vision to life. 

 

>A free estimate will then be created for budgetary purposes. Our estimates break out each aspect of the project so you can see the different costs and determine what elements of the project fit your needs and vision.

>Once the project scope is determined, we will make adjustments to the estimate until we both feel confident it captures the project in its entirety. If a design is necessary to draw up for visual placement, we will provide that at this time as well as product samples. Once the estimate is approved, we will transition into a work order.

​

>We will discuss timeline and schedule once a work order is issued. One week before the project begins, a contract will be issued, down payment would be due if applicable, and a start date will be determined.

Let's Get Started

>On the start date, we will arrive and prep the work area. If items need to be moved, we will move and store those in a safe place on your property. Demolition will begin if needed and the foundations laid for the installation. 

​

>We value your property as an extension of you. We will discuss expectations early to ensure you are comfortable with things like accessing your driveway, yard damage prevention, how to access the work area, etc. 

​

>Supplies will arrive onsite and be stored in a convenient, out-of-the-way location while work continues. 

​

The Duration of the Project

>Work will only be done during approved hours, typically within the 8a-6p time frame. Extended hours may be needed to complete time sensitive aspects of the job, but will be discussed with you first. 

​

>Access to water may be necessary, but will also be discussed prior to use. 

​

>All tools and necessary items to complete the project will be provided by our team. 

​

>If this is a multi-day project, supplies may need to remain onsite. We will clean up the work area thoroughly and store supplies in a place out of the way of normal traffic.

​

>As much as we try to cover in our estimates, there are times unforeseen issues arise. If there are any changes to the work order that need to be made, we will discuss them in detail with you first and provide options for the best way to proceed.

>Any and all questions that arise during the project are encouraged. Our crew leader can discuss any part of the project with you at any time.​

​​

Completion

>Once the work order has been fulfilled, we will do a walk around with you to make sure everything has been completed to your satisfaction. 

​

>We will also discuss best practices for care and maintenance for paver projects as well as care for plants including watering and future maintenance like pruning. We will also provide these instructions in written form with your invoice. 

​

>If all is approved, we will thoroughly clean the area, including all driveways and roadways of any debris or dirt. We strive to leave your property in better shape than when we arrived and ready to enjoy the moment we depart.

​

>A final invoice will then be provided and payment will be due no later than 30 days after receipt. 

​

Ongoing Relationship

>We love to continue relationships with our clients. We would be happy to discuss how we can help you keep your new space in its best form through our maintenance plans. We are also happy to discuss additions or other areas of interest you might want to expand on down the road. 

​

>We also enjoy sharing these projects with others in different forms of advertising. We may take some photos and use them in promotional materials. None of these photos will have any identifying aspects that would reveal the location of the property.
